HUDOURNIK (1148 m) and VOJSKO
The circular route, also suitable for cycling, starts in the centre of the village at the parish church of St. Joseph. Before Ogalce, the steep trail branches off into the Studenci ravine to the completely preserved Slovenija Partisan Printing Shop from 1944. Walk past the Partisan cemetery on Vojščica to Hudournik (1148 m). From here you have a view of the fault zone of the famous Idrija fault as far as Most na Soči, and to the north the Julian and Kamnik Alps with Triglav.

The friendly world of the Vojsko plateau reigns over the steep slopes of Kanomljica and Idrijca with exceptional views. It is most easily accessible via a steep road (15 km) from Idrija. Access from the direction of Tolmin is possible from Trebuša, as well as from Predmeja, via the Trnovski gozd forest and from Kanomlja.
In the summer months, the Vojsko plateau invites with richly blooming meadows, while in the winter many skiers are attracted by the scenic cross-country trails that lead through the rugged landscape and the smaller ski resort.
