The Idrija žlikrof is the first Slovenian product registered by the European Union as a Traditional Specialty Guaranteed (TSG). The 2024 Idrija Žlikrofi Festival will send this traditional miners’ delicacy into a world of modern flavours, giving it an interesting new twist.
